Channel Partner Training
We here at Intact Software are anxious that anybody selling our product will represent us with the same professionalism and enthusiasm that we ourselves have shown over the past 17 years. To ensure this, Intact invest in their Channel Partners by providing extensive training before authorising them to become a Channel Partner. Training takes place at our head offices in Ireland and Channel Partners must pass a series of assessments before gaining accreditation.
What we expect from you
Partners must demonstrate that they have the infrastructure to deliver a full solution to the end user, in pre-sales, diagnostics, implementation & support. We also work closely with channel partners who have the resources in a development team to work on the source code of the Intact product.
Pre-Sales
A dedicated sales team that fully understands the strength of the Intact solution, the needs of small to medium sized businesses and the solutions they require.
Diagnostics
All businesses comprise of a series of processes. Intact partners must demonstrate they have the ability to examine & understand these processes when dealing with individual businesses. They must then demonstrate that our solution can fit these processes or alternatively, that the processes can be amended to fit our solution.
Implementation
Each partner must have the ability to properly implement our solution with a dedicated team who will work alongside end users. This can comprise of data conversion, data input, form design, report writing & data analysis.
Support
An Intact partner must provide first hand support to the end user once the implementation process has been completed. This is one of the most important factors in the relationship between a small & medium sized business and their financial software provider. They must demonstrate that each request for support, no matter how small or large, will be given the uppermost professional attention. This will lead to a long and healthy relationship between the support supplier and the end users.
